Drawing from her experience as both a counsellor and crisis worker she has concentrated her efforts in helping people in major transition but tailors all sessions to suit a clients’ unique personal and professional situation. Her style has often been described as “calming, inspirational and supportive”, while being “concise and informative.” Having worked in the public, private and not for profit sectors as well as owning her own business, she brings a unique perspective on the expansiveness of careers. Through one to one coaching, workshop facilitation, public speaking and writing she has dedicated herself to helping people rediscover themselves and set realistic goals. With a particular interest in women’s issues and advancement she writes a column and frequently speaks on the topic of women’s lives and experiences. Throughout her career she has served on multiple business and community related boards and volunteered for various organizations.
