Create Your Team is a means by which entreprenual women can connect with other entreprenurial woman to fill in the gaps they are missing in their own businesses, or to help locate other professials they may need to make their own personal or professional lives more successful.
You simply decide what help you are looking for, and then check out our CYT member page to see if someone there can provide you with the services individual to your own needs.
Each Create Your Team member is a business woman who has founded and runs her own company. They have the experience and know how to help you in your personal & professional life.
There are two components to Create Your Team:
First it is a safe place where an entrepreneurial woman can come to find help. From house cleaners, bookkeepers, web designers, to lawyers we will steadily add to our member list in an effort to provide you with all manner of help.
Secondly if you would like to become a member and have your business listed with us, it is as simple as an annual fee, two photos and providing some information about your business.
Once I see a team member that I like how to do I contact them?
Their contact information will be in their profile. We require them to provide valid email and phone numbers.
What if I do not mesh with a member can I pick someone else?
Yes, sometimes it just doesn’t work. So we encourage you to try another member.
How do I pay a member for services? Is it through CYT?
No, Create your Team is in no way responsible for any services, fees or agreements entered into. Payment arrangements are made between you and the member that you have hired.
What if a member doesn’t live in my area?
You have to decide if you need to have the service provided on a one-on-one basis or if you can work with them through other means such as phone consultations. That is why we will strive to provide members from across the globe, so that you have an opportunity to find just the right person.

We want to provide a wide array of services to make your professional and personal life a little easier. When someone approaches us about becoming a member we require that they provide specific information.
Our member criteria includes:
- They own their business or franchise or are an independent associate for a corporation/company
- The business is service based one
- An online presence in the form of a website or social media page
- Valid contact information
- And to the best of our ability we will check to make sure that they have a good work ethic.
We are all about women helping women. When one female entrepreneur is working with another female entrepreneur they get it, they understand each other. This makes it easier for you to find the right member who will relate to your needs.
Business coach, Jill Crossland came up with the original concept. She joined forces with graphic designer, Alanna Morley who created the website and Mean Business blog. Completing the team is IT consultant Terri Pepin.

Completely, when you contact your team person all exchanges are between the two of you. If you hire two team members one will not know about the other unless you choose to connect them.
What if I have a problem with a member?
Any & all agreements entered into with those companies are strictly between you and the company and we are in no way responsible for any services, fees or agreements entered into. However if a member is not providing what would be considered quality service we would like to know about it. Your name and the details will be kept completely confidential.
